You'll still get real-time updates, with added insight and an active approach focused on your goals.
2024 Buyer Rule Changes
As of mid-2024, new industry rules require buyers to sign a written agreement with their agent before touring homes. Compensation details were also removed from MLS listings. There's been a lot of confusion out there, but the core process of buying a home hasn't changed nearly as much as the headlines suggest. I'll explain what it means and help you move forward with confidence.
