Buying or selling real estate in the Florida Keys is not like anywhere else. The market is hyper-local, the regulations are complex, and the wrong agent can cost you time, money, and the property you actually wanted.
I have lived in the Florida Keys since 1977 and have been a licensed Realtor since 1988. Over that time I have built relationships with experienced, proven agents from Key Largo to Key West and across the country. My goal is to match you with the right one for your specific situation, then stay involved as long as you want me to.
There is no extra charge for this service. Ever. In many cases, I may end up being your agent. It all depends on what works best for you.

Buying in the Florida Keys?
Whether you are purchasing a vacation home, relocating full-time, or adding an investment property, the Florida Keys will test you. Insurance requirements, species focus areas, ROGO allocations, canal water quality, deed restrictions, and flood zone classifications all come into play before you ever make an offer. The right agent knows these issues cold. The wrong one learns on your dime.
We start with a conversation. Ocean side or bay side, single-family or condominium, waterfront or non-waterfront, Upper Keys or Lower Keys. Based on what you are looking for, I will connect you with an agent who knows that submarket well and has a track record to back it up.
Either way, you will not be handed off to a stranger. I personally vet every agent I recommend, and I stay in your corner throughout the process. A second opinion, a reality check, someone who has seen it all before. And if the new buyer agent rules have you confused, I can walk you through those too.

Your property is likely one of the most valuable assets you own. The agent you choose to represent it matters more here than almost anywhere else in the country. This is not a market where average gets the job done.
