Homes in the very popular Islamorada area are often hard to find under $800k but there are a few out there!
While we continue to see a year of year increase in home prices their are still some great homes available in Islamorada and the Keys for under $800k. Some things to consider are choosing a dry lot property. Often several of the communities will have small home owners parks with boat ramps or water access. If the community you are looking in doesn't offer this, their are several public facilities throughout the keys that you can easily launch your boat from. The key is having a yard with enough space to park your boat trailer. Another thing to consider is a condo or townhome option. These properties often have extra amenities such as pool, tennis, marina, etc.
