Florida Keys Single Family Home Stats are out for July 2022
The number of closed sales is down almost 50% year over year for single family homes in the keys. We continue to see decreases in that number due to having low inventory for so long, however there are hints of some changes. We did have an increase in new listings of 10.2%, which is the first double digit increase in new inventory we have seen in quite some time. Another import factor is pending inventory dropped 16.9%. With more supply coming in we could see a continued shift in the market, making it more balanced.
