February 2023 Single Family Stats
The Florida Keys Board of Realtors has released the February 2023 numbers. Inventory continues to be the biggest factor when it comes to single-family homes in the Keys. In February, new listings were down 10% over the previous February. That lack of inventory is still a major factor affecting the reduced number of closings. The one thing we did see in February was a drop in median sale price over the previous year. This is the first time we've seen a decrease in sales prices since pre-pandemic times.
