January 2022 saw a decrease in closed sales.
January 2022 had a decrease of 28.9% in closed sales over last January. The decrease in sales is a continued result of the lack of inventory county wide. We have also continued to see the Average Sales Price rise up 20.1% over last year, now averaging over $1.3 Million.
