One of my favorite homes in Largo Sound Park is sold. Rarely found in the Keys, the property included just over 1/2 acre of land and a corner location.
Because of the large lot size, it sold toward the high end of the dry home market at $780,000 and is worth every penny! Congrats to my seller who has completed multiple sales and purchases with me.
