June 2022 sees a slight increase in Townhome & Condo Inventory
The Florida Keys Board of REALTORS® has come out with it's June 2022 numbers for Townhomes & Condos keys-wide. As expected we continue to see a decrease in the number of sales due to lack of inventory compared to where we were in June several years ago. We did however see a slight increase of 8.1% in inventory compared to June 2021. With inventory not back to balanced levels we continue to see higher prices as well, with the average sales price up 23.4%.
